While HSE is already deeply ingrained within Wasco’s business culture, we are continuously looking for ways and means to make improvements to this vital area. In April 2014, we launched a new HSE initiative called Wasco C.A.R.E which is built around our Incident and Injury Free (IIF) safety culture. Wasco C.A.R.E calls for all employees to Communicate, Align, be Responsible and show Effort in all HSE-related matters.Wasco C.A.R.E was launched on 28 April 2014 at our new facility in Mo i rana, Norway with our client, Statoil, and all our employees in Norway present. In PPS, Wasco C.A.R.E was kicked off on 28 January 2015 at our facility in Kota Kinabalu. The latter involved some 200 people including Wasco employees, sub-contractors as well as clients. In conjunction with Wasco C.A.R.E we also introduced our “Think Safe Act Safe 12 Non-compromising Rules” campaign
